Channing made this confession when GQ’s 10 Things Channing Tatum Can’t Live Without Video,
He admitted that his aversion to laundry day is so strong that he’s willing to go to great lengths (and expense) to avoid it.
“I hate doing laundry. I hate it more than I can describe it. I had a year that I called ‘the year of fresh white tees,’ and I don’t think I did any laundry that whole year and all I did was wear white t-shirts that I had just bought,” he said.
The actor added, “I used to (look at the shirt) and think, ‘I could wear this twice a week. This would be nice.’ The year of the white T-shirt — ’99 or 2000. It’s a beautiful year.”
When it comes to items that will stay in her wardrobe forever, the Blink Twice star said a simple Hanes T-shirt or a “ribbed” tank top is her favorite. She explained that she has always loved a torn, old white shirt because it’s a “classic thing.”

Channing has a slightly different take on pants. The actor told GQ that he has been wearing Dickies and Carhartts for decades, claiming he still has a pair of pants he wore as a teenager. He believes one can wear them in a disaster situation or even while painting in the backyard with his daughter.

He said he grew up in the South where people wore nothing but white T-shirts and chains. The actor also admitted he once had a ‘year of fresh white tees.’
However, “dressing became a little difficult” for her after moving to Los Angeles. Now, she’s comfortable with her fashion with her fiancée Zoë Kravitz, who encourages her to just be authentic.
