Chhath Puja 2025 Songs, Wishes: Chhath, a widely celebrated auspicious festival, is dedicated to Surya Dev (Sun God). This year it will be celebrated starting from 25th October till 28th October (Saturday-Tuesday). The festival holds greater significance in Northern India – mainly in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Nepal and Jharkhand apart from the migrant population settled across the world. A large number of devotees offer Arghya to the Sun God in the morning and evening.
On Chhath, many Bhojpuri stars not only wish their fans for the festival but also release their new devotional Chhath songs. This year too, everyone from Pawan Singh to Khesari Lal Yadav has shared posts on their social media and informed the fans about their latest Chhath songs.
However, it goes without saying that no Chhath is complete without listening to the great late singer Sharda Sinha’s songs like ‘Pahile Pahile Chhathi Maiya’ or ‘Supavo Na Mile Maiya’ among many others. Bihar Kokila received the Padma Vibhushan posthumously for her contribution to music in 2025.
