The film earned 21 crores [English: ₹10.9 crore; Hindi: ₹8.1 crore; Telugu: ₹90 lakh; Tamil: ₹1.1 crore] Deadpool and Wolverine sales were around Rs 100 crore on the first day. According to early estimates, the film has earned Rs 22.50 crore in all languages in India on the second day. So far, the film has earned more than Rs 250 crore. The film earned Rs 43.50 crore in India. The total English occupancy of Deadpool and Wolverine on Saturday was 41.94%.

Hindustan Times reviewed the film, “This turbulent marriage between Deadpool and the MCU continues because it’s not being billed as a Disneyfication of Deadpool, as many had feared, but rather a Deadpoolification of the MCU. Rarely have any Marvel films been R-rated. Ryan Reynolds and Levy (Free Guy and The Adam Project) push the idea by introducing gore, profanity and adult imagery to the MCU. But they do so by sticking to Deadpool’s core element – humour. Lots of humour. And no one is immune. Not even Marvel.”
About Deadpool and Wolverine
The superhero film is based on Marvel Comics featuring characters such as Deadpool and Wolverine. It is the 34th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and the sequel to Deadpool (2016) and Deadpool 2 (2018). The film is directed by Shawn Levy and written by him along with Ryan Reynolds, Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick, and Zeb Wells.
Ryan and Hugh Jackman star as Deadpool and Wolverine, respectively. Deadpool and Wolverine also feature Emma Corrin, Morena Baccarin, Rob Delaney, Leslie Uggams, Aaron Stanford and Matthew Macfadyen in supporting roles. In the film, Deadpool is pulled out of his quiet life by the Time Variance Authority (TVA), and embarks on a journey with a reluctant Wolverine to save his universe.
