“We didn’t want any of the cameos or characters to become the story of the movie. But they are incorporated throughout the movie. There are a lot of characters in it,” Levy explained.

The film hits theaters on July 26, with Reynolds making a significant return as Deadpool, a role he feared he wouldn’t be able to continue in following the Disney-Fox merger.
Reflecting on this uncertainty, Reynolds admitted, “I didn’t know if I’d ever be able to play Deadpool again. It wasn’t something I would say publicly, but I didn’t know how a character like that would fit into that world. [of the MCU],
Joining Reynolds in the cast is Hugh Jackman, who is reprising his iconic role as Wolverine from the X-Men franchise. Additional cast members include Emma Corrin as Cassandra Nova and Matthew Macfadyen as Paradox, joining the star-studded line-up of Deadpool and Wolverine.
