New Trailer
“I hope everyone gets the chance to work with their best friend at least once in their lives. I know I can’t wait to finally do so,” Ryan wrote on X (formerly Twitter), sharing the new trailer of Deadpool and Wolverine, while Hugh wrote, “I scratch his back. He stabs me in the back.” The trailer uses a remixed version of Wiz Khalifa’s Black and Yellow song, with the word ‘black’ replaced with ‘red’. While not much is known about the film’s story yet, eager fans are busy deciphering the clues.
Lady Deadpool?
One shot in the trailer shows a woman in a red suit similar to Deadpool walking into the frame. Though we are shown little more than her face before the scene changes, it’s enough for fans to speculate that this shot could mean the MCU is finally introducing Lady Deadpool. “First look at Lady Deadpool. (I know who plays her) #DeadpoolandWolverine,” one fan wrote, sharing a shot of feet, while another wrote, “Lady Deadpool is that you???” Fans were also told the same under the YouTube video.
Paul Rudd has finally aged
Fans were also thrilled by Deadpool’s dialogue that said Paul Rudd (who plays Ant-Man) has finally grown old. One fan wrote, “Whoever came up with the “Paul Rudd has finally grown old” line deserves a medal, a raise, and a high five.” Another wrote, “”Paul Rudd has finally grown old”” That was pretty cool.” Someone else commented, “”Paul Rudd has finally grown old”” is probably the best quote I’ve ever heard.”
