Shawn Levy’s blockbuster Deadpool and Wolverine spared no one, including Marvel Studios, with its wit. However, there is one that has been edited out.

What’s the joke that didn’t happen?
Disney’s FYC online portal released the original official script of the film. Keen readers will notice a joke that was changed from the film’s script. When Ryan’s Deadpool learns that Magento is dead, he says in the script, “F**k! What, we can’t even buy another “Can barely breathe with it in my throat.”
However, that line never made it into the film. Prior to the release, during promotion, Ryan also admitted that while Marvel Studios was cool with all of the jokes about her character, there was only one joke that she was asked to change. Shawn Levy confirmed this and claimed that he and Ryan decided to take that joke to their graves. Now that the joke is out, Shawn’s explanation of the change makes even more sense.
“I would say it was replaced with an equally nasty line of dialogue about Pinocchio shoving his face in Deadpool’s ass and starting to lie like crazy. I said, ‘Ryan, this is your replacement line, ‘Can we clear this up?’ That’s Ryan Reynolds for you, daredevil to the limit,” the filmmaker said. Entertainment Weekly,
