Mumbai: Finally, the wait is over, as the manufacturers of Adivi Sesh and Mrinal Thakur’s ‘Dakhoite’ shared an exciting glimpse of the action drama.
Taking his Instagram handle, Mrinal Thakur teased fans with a complicated glimpse of the film and shared an update on the release date. On December 25, 2025, the ‘Dakit’ is completely set for the Pan-India Theatrical release.

The film’s action is a mixture of action, emotion and drama, which has a fierce chemistry between Sesh and Mrinal. Sesh took revenge to take revenge on Mrinal’s character in the film and was ready to avenge Anurag Kashyap in a standout role.
In February, the producers shared the form of Anurag Kashyap from the film. The manufacturers described their role of Inspector Swamy as a “fearless inspector, no tolerance for corruption. A staunch Ayyappa devotee is a staunch Ayyappa devotee with a tolerance, funny and satirical with sarcasm.
When a part of the film, Anurag said that this role is both fun and challenging for him and achieving equal impact in both languages is a challenge that he is enjoying it completely.
“Playing the role of a police officer who is an Ayyappa devotee is both fun and challenging. In the form of duty vs. religion, and it is fantastic to go about doing his work with a dry sense of humor. I really am eager to play this character in two languages, as well as to have the same effect in Telugu.”
The first project directed by Shenil DO features Supriya Yarlagadda, co-produced by Sunil Narang, and presented by Annapurna Studio.
The film is being shot together in Hindi and Telugu, which is jointly prepared by Adivi Sesh and Shanil Dev with a story and screenplay. Currently, filming is going on in Hyderabad, followed by a comprehensive program in Maharashtra.
