Mumbai: For 75 centers a year as her Padukone school of badminton, actress Deepika Padukone talked about how the game has shaped her life to play the game.
Deepika took to Instagram, where she shared a picture with her father Prakash Padukone with a former star badminton player.
He wrote: “As is someone who is playing badminton, I have experienced for the first time how much this game can give a life to someone’s life – physically, mentally and emotionally.”
Star also shared a note how badminton’s Padukone school spreads up to 75 centers a year.
He said: “Through Padukone School of Badminton (PSB), we hope to bring badminton enjoyment and discipline for people from all areas of life, and create a generation that is healthy, more concentrated and inspired by sports.”
It is written in the press note: “Padukone school (PSB) of Badminton (PSB), established and funded by Deepika Padukone and funded by former World No.1 and all England Champion Prakash Padukone, has achieved a significant milestone by setting up 75 ground coaching centers in 18 Indian cities, in which Bangalore, NCHURRIR, MUBAIR, MUBAIR, MUBAIR, Mubair, Mubair, Mubair, Mubai, Mubair, Mubair, Mubair, Mubair, Mubair, Mubair, Mubair, Mubair, Mubair, Mubair, Mubair, Mubair, Mubair, Mubair, Mubair, Mubair, Mubair, Mubair, Mubair, Mubair, Mubair Pinipat, Dehradun, Udaipur, Coimbatore, Sangli, and Surat-Vithin are the first year of their operations. ”
With its mission of “Badminton for All”, PSB now aims to score 100 centers by the end of this year and is 250 within the next three years.
The note further stated that the academy’s vision is to democratization of quality and access to inexpensive badminton coaching, which provides opportunities for people of all ages and skill levels.
“Through its standardized, scalable coaching method, the organization develops under the guidance of Prakash Padukone, wants to introduce a nationwide community of school children and working professionals for sports.
The note further reads: “Padukone school of badminton partners with schools, institutions and existing places to establish academies at the ground level feeding at its major training program at 3 high performance centers of excellence in Bangalore.
“With over 100 coaches trained under a structured certification program and access to state -of -the -art facilities, the PSB coaching system ensures continuity, quality and ability to identify and nourish future champions.”
