Mumbai: Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has publicly praised Hollywood superstar Brad Pitt after the release of her much awaited racing film, ‘F1’.
The actress on Sunday took her official Instagram account to express enthusiasm at Brad Pitt’s performance in the film.
Deepika wrote, “Brad Pitt. This is a post.”
Since its international release on 27 June, ‘F1’ has received widespread praise from both audience and critics.
Directed by Joseph Kosinski, known for his work on ‘Top Gun: Maverick’, a experienced Formula One driver played by the film Brad Pitt tells the story of Sunny Hayes, who returns to the game after a 30 -year gap.
The film is produced in collaboration with the veteran of Formula 1 Lewis Hamilton, which ensures high-level authenticity in the racing world depicted on-screen.
The excitement around the film reached new heights during its celebrity-pack premiere in London, with the presence of a superstar like Tom Cruise.
‘F1’ has also been appreciated for its all-star Ensambal Cast, including Damson Idris, Kerry Condon, Xavier Bardem, Tobias Menziz, Sara Niles and others.
In the film, Pitt’s character, Sunny Hayes, is brought back to the world of Formula One by his former team partner Ruben Serventas (starred by Xavier Bardem), which now owns a struggling F1 team.
As Sunny tries to help the team make a comeback, he faces challenges both on the track and outside, including reconciling with his past.
The plot of the film revolves around Sunny Hes, which was once a talented and promising driver before a serious accident, which ended his career.
Decades later, he is convinced by servants to return to the game, who wants to revive his unsuccessful team. As Sunny works with young and ambitious driver Joshua Pierce (Damson Idris), he will have to cross his individual demons and will face the fast changing world of Formula 1.
Manufactured by Jerry Brookahimmer and Lewis Hamilton, ‘F1’ also has a powerful soundtrack composed by Hans Zimmer, which combines electronic and orchestral sounds to catch the high-octane nature of the game.
The Soundtrack includes tracks by artists such as Ed Sheeran, Roja and Ray.
