The wave summit in Mumbai brought glamor and humor for the inaugural day of 2025, Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone settled for a firecracie chat about their contradictory career and journey. The chat was hosted by filmmaker and host of talk show Karan Johar.
Deepika, one of the leading female stars of Indian cinema, makes her debut with Shahrukh Khan on the big screen Om Shanti Om (2007). She was 21 years old at that time. Later he worked together like memorable films Chennai Express, Pathan And youngHis onscreen pairing and Breezy chemistry is widely appreciated by fans.
During the session, under the title ‘The Journey: From Outsider to Ruler’, Shah Rukh Khan called for a greater exhibition space for Indian films and cheap tickets.
Shah Rukh Khan said, “I am still confident that the calls of the day are very theater, small theater in small cities, cheap theater so that we can show more movies to people in every corner of the country.”
The 59 -year -old star shared that he does not join overworking or overthinking. “When I am not on the set, I do nothing. I am in a position of meditation,” the actor said, when he was younger, he was “brash”, but also a group.
“I am confident that when I was cruel, over -confidence, careless, and much more stupid. I am happy that I was like this otherwise I did not choose the path I did with such amazing people. I was a bit very good. Thank you, thanks, young Shah Rukha Khan to be so quiet,” he said.
Deepika Padukone watched her 18 -year long journey in the entertainment industry.
“Today when I look at the journey … an 18-year-old child had a big decision to go to a big city … it was a big decision to make it. To navigate life with those small things, testing and error. Overall, overall, when I look back I say I say that I am not bad, did well.
Deepika said, “I am really going to tell myself that I have done very well. You don’t really sit back and look at the journey. I don’t celebrate the moments too much. I see things directly.”
Praising his co-star of several films, Shah Rukh Khan said that his ‘best role’ will be as a great mother of his daughter Dua. Deepika is married to Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh.
