Devoleena Bhattacharjee criticised Payal Malik as she commented on her interfaith marriage to Shanwaz Sheikh while she defended her marriage to YouTuber Armaan Malik. The actress shared that she trusts her husband’s loyalty and that she is “opposed to polygamy”. Payal’s statement came after she was evicted from the house. bigg boss ott 3Let us tell you that Devoleena had criticized Armaan Malik and his two wives Payal and Kritika for promoting polygamy on reality TV and also questioned the selection process of the show in which they appeared.
After her exit from Bigg Boss OTT 3, Payal responded to Devoleena’s comments and said that she has no right to judge their relationship, saying the actress was “ruthlessly trolled for her interfaith marriage.” In response, Devoleena shared Payal’s statement on her Instagram story and wrote, “It takes a high level of knowledge for a person to compare interfaith marriage to polygamy, which I’m sure intelligent people are quite aware of.”
He added, “And it is not only my right but every Indian’s right to stand up against illegal acts like polygamy which they take pride in showing on national television. Anyway, it is a matter of personal destiny. Just don’t make a mockery of the lives of poor women who suffer every day and night and die a little every day because of this nonsense.”

She concluded, “Otherwise, do whatever you want to do. Why stop at two? Have 2, 4, or 5 marriages. Just don’t spread this disease in society. I mean every word I say and I still stand by it. And anyway it’s nothing new for me that people are making YouTube content on me. Please respect. Even though my husband is Muslim, he is very loyal and he is not interested in polygamy and it took us 4 years to understand and then we got married. Not in just 7 days. Also, a woman’s self-respect should not be compromised. But I can understand your feeling. I know you can’t understand it. Honestly, I pity you. But then I think after seeing this you wanted your marriage like this. Everything can be YouTube content for you guys. But not me. So go ahead. Signing off.”
