Types of Devuthani Ekadashi fast
According to Drik Panchang, devotees can choose from four traditional types of Ekadashi fasting depending on their physical strength and dedication:
Jalahar: Fasting only with water, usually observed on Nirjala Ekadashi, but is permitted on all Ekadashis.
lactiferous: Keep the fast by consuming only milk and milk products. During this fast, devotees can consume things like curd and buttermilk.
