Dharmendra likes to treat his Instapum with throbac images. Recently, the actor shared a monochrome picture, which featured his son Sunny Dole with superstar Dilip Kumar. The image shows the heavenly superstar punching Sunny on her cheek.
In the caption, Dharmendra wrote, “Dalip saheb ka pyaar bhara duayen dete haath sunny ko film betab ke mahurat par hi naseeb ho gaya tha, [Dilip saab was wishing his best to my son Sunny on the muhuraat of Betaab. He was lucky to meet him]”Emojis after a string of red heart and evil eyes.
Earlier, in an interview with NDTV, Dharmendra recalled his first meeting with Dilip Kumar. The actor said, “When I first met him, it was when I heard that his sister Farida was working many times in India. I quickly asked that I want to meet Dilip Saheb ‘so he said, okay, he got a meeting for 8:30 the next day and I could not wait for 8:30, when I felt like 8 and 1/2 lifetime and I was sitting on my hand from 8:30 pm.”
Dharmendra mentioned that Dilip Kumar was like his elder brother and he wanted to write about him someday.
“I wonder how we come that we were not born of the same mother, she understands me a lot of things. So many fond memories. She is really my brother, she was equally excellent as an actor.
Dilip Kumar’s career took place in five decades. The actor played the lead role in about 60 films. He died on July 7, 2021 at the age of 98.
