A resurfaced video shows Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs predicting that one day his wild parties will get him arrested. The music legend was arrested on September 16 on federal charges including sex trafficking and racketeering.
reappeared 1999 Entertainment Tonight interviewDiddy was heard saying that his partying would “probably” land him behind bars. “They won’t even give me a permit to have parties. And they don’t want me to have parties anymore,” Diddy said.
He added, “But we are not going to stop. We will continue to have fun. Bringing people together from all walks of life.”
“You’d hear about my parties,” Diddy said. “They’d shut them down. They’d probably arrest me — doing all kinds of crazy things, just because we wanted to have a good time.”
‘It’s like people from all walks of life are connecting with each other, coming together’
Diddy is accused of holding “freak” parties where women were forced to perform sexual acts with male sex workers. He allegedly gave the women illegal drugs and recorded videos which he could later use to blackmail them.
“You know, anytime you bring a different element into people’s environment, things that are brought in and people are around, people are going to get scared,” Diddy told ET.
“So a lot of people feel intimidated by it, and it’s nothing but breaking racial barriers; breaking generational barriers. People from all walks of life. Ron Perlman talking to Jay-Z; Jay-Z talking to — you know what I’m saying?” he added.
“It just keeps going. You know, it’s like, people from all walks of life are connecting, coming together,” Diddy said.
When asked how he felt that there was such a demand for invitations to his parties, Diddy said, “I mean, it’s cool, you know, it doesn’t make me feel any special. It doesn’t make me feel like a big person.”
“It makes you feel like I know how to party,” he said.
In addition to his alleged “Freak Off” parties, Diddy hosted other lavish gatherings like his Hamptons White Party. Many of his events were attended by celebs like Leonardo DiCaprio, Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Jennifer Lopez, Drake, Justin Bieber, Russell Simmons, Aaliyah, Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, Mariah Carey, Nick Cannon, Howard Stern, Kelly Osbourne, Aretha Franklin, Martha Stewart, Tommy Lee, Pamela Anderson, Vera Wang and many more. However, there is no evidence that any of these stars knew about the alleged drug use, group sex or “Freak Off” performances.
