Attorney Tony Buzbee began by filing the first 6 of 120 lawsuits against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs on behalf of his clients. The mogul’s legal team attacked the Texas lawyer following his move and said it was all a back-plan for some effect. In addition to the 120 lawsuits, Diddy was recently slapped with 6 more lawsuits accusing him of rape, sodomy, drugging, and assault on his victims. Meanwhile, he is being held in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as he awaits his trial in May next year.

Diddy’s lawyer attacks Tony Buzbee
The mogul’s legal team accused Buzbee of trying to divert some media attention from the case. In a statement to The Mirror, the team said, “The press conference and 1-800 call that preceded today’s barrage of filings was clearly an attempt to gain publicity.” He added, “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, his legal defense, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, male or female.
A hotline was set up by Buzbee’s team for people who claimed they were victims of Diddy’s attacks. The team claimed that they have received thousands of calls to the hotline against Diddy and that they are now investigating these allegations. The team encouraged people during a press conference to come forward and report if they have ever been victims of a mugger.

In a statement released to The Mirror, Buzbee said, “The Buzbee Law Firm, along with co-counsel AVA Law Group and local New York attorney Curis Law, this week filed six cases alleging serious sexual harassment, sexual assault and sexual exploitation Registering.” Against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and entities with which he has been associated, in one case involving Macy’s department stores and the other involving Marriott hotels.”
He said the cases being “brought to justice” occurred over the period from 1996 to 2021 and all occurred in New York. The cases are being registered “in accordance with the Victims of Gender-Induced Violence Protection Act.”
Buzbee described the victims in the statement as he told the media outlet, “Four of the alleged victims in these cases are male, two are female. One man was sixteen years old at the time of the alleged incidents. We will let the allegations in the complaints filed speak for themselves and work to ensure that justice is served. We expect to file several more cases naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants over the next several weeks as we continue to gather evidence and prepare filings.”
Diddy’s lawyers immediately responded to Buzbee’s statement. Attorney Erica Wolfe said, “Mr. Combs’ legal team has stressed that it cannot address every baseless allegation that has become a reckless media circus. As stated, Mr. Combs strongly and unequivocally denies, calling any claims that he has sexually exploited anyone, including minors, as false and defamatory.
He further added, “He is eager to prove his innocence and vindicate himself in court, where the truth will be established on the basis of evidence and not speculation.”
