Mumbai: Punjabi actor and singer Diljit Dosanj, who is currently busy shooting for “Border 2”, treats netizens with funny glimpses from the set of sequel.
Leaving another BTS video from his next shoot on his IG, he wrote, “Just a day brother”. This clip gives a tech for a battle drama with Diljit, when heavy rains start. We can hear him saying, “Tension mat, we will labyble (don’t worry, we’ll enjoy).”
Next, we see Diljit chilling with co-star Varun Dhawan and Ahaan Shetty and director Anurag Singh. “Yeh border director Saheb Shooting Cauded We have Hi AK Beth Gay. Kende Pehle AAP Hi Hi Hi Hi Kar Lo Bad Main Hume shooting Lang.
Diljit also receives a statement from filmmaker Anise Bajmi in the presence of producer Boney Kapoor.
The clip further showed Diljit having a funny conversation with actress Mona Singh on the set.
Meanwhile, the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has temporarily removed its non-cooperative order against Diljit, especially allowing him to work on ‘Border 2’.
When asked about the reason for lifting the ban, FWIC President BN Tiwari revealed that T-series wrote a letter to him, requesting Diljit to continue as he had already shot major war scenes in the drama and would find it difficult for him to find another combination of actors for “Border 2”.
Diljit was banned among a large -scale backlash to work in “Sardar G3” with Pakistani actress Hania Aamir.
The direction of Anurag Singh is being jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar, Nidi Dutta, Shiv Chanana and Binoy Gandhi.
Presented by Gulshan Kumar and T-Series and JP Dutta by JP Films, the play is expected to be based on the 1999 Kargil war.
The sequel to the 1997 war drama ‘Border’, the film has been prepared for release on January 23, 2026 in the cinema hall.
