“Disgraceful report”: Badshah denies involvement in traffic violations in Delhi-NCR

Rapper Badshah, who enthralled his fans with his surprise performance with ‘Tauba Tauba’ hitmaker Karan Aujla at a concert in Gurugram, later found himself in the eye of controversy as several reports surfaced online claiming that He was fined for violating traffic rules including driving. Responding to the same, Badshah refuted the claims on Instagram Stories. “Brother, I have a new Thar, I was not driving it that day. I was being driven in a white Vellfire and we always drive responsibly, whether cars or games,” he wrote.

In a statement, Badshah’s team denied the rapper’s involvement in any such incidents, calling the allegations “outrageous”.

“We are issuing this statement to address the recent defamatory reports and false allegations regarding a traffic incident involving Badshah following the Karan Aujla concert on December 15, 2024 in the Delhi NCR region. These reports allege That Badshah was involved in a traffic violation, especially on driving on the wrong side of the road, we would like to categorically say that this allegation is completely false.

The team further stated that “no fines were issued” to any vehicles associated with the rapper and his team. Saying that they are fully cooperating in the investigation, Badshah’s team confirmed that “the truth will come out easily.” The statement also said he made “repeated attempts” to contact authorities, but “to no avail.”

“We categorically deny any involvement of Badshah or his team in the traffic violation reported. None of the vehicles of our party, including the vehicles carrying Badshah, were involved in the incident of driving on the wrong side of the road “Furthermore, no fine was issued to any vehicle belonging to Badshah or his team,” the statement said.

“We have full confidence in our transport provider and their professional licensed drivers. We are cooperating fully with any official inquiries into this matter and will provide all necessary documentation to confirm the King’s whereabouts and travel arrangements that evening. “We urge responsible reporting based on verified information, and we are confident that the truth will emerge immediately,” the statement said.
