In a major development in the case of Disha Salian Death, an FIR has been lodged against the Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aaditya Thackeray, as well as Bollywood figures Rhea Chakraborty, Dino Morea, and Suraj Pancholi, with others. The complaint was lodged by Disha’s father Satish Salian on Tuesday through his legal representative.
Speaking about the FIR, Advocate said, “Today, we have officially lodged a written complaint in the CP office, which has been accepted by the JCP crime branch. The accused named in the FIR included Aditya Thakere, Dino Moriya, Suraj Pancholi and his bodyguard, former Mumbai Police Commissioner Singh, Crade, Crades, and his organizers.
The complaint also alleged that Parambir Singh played an important role in covering the case. Advocate said, “He was the mastermind behind the cover-up, operating a press conference to mislead the public and protect Aditya Thackeray. The FIR includes all the details, including the NCB findings that reportedly connect the thecre to a drug network,” the Advocate said.

Disha’s father had previously approached the High Court demanding an FIR against Aditya Thackeray. He filed a petition demanding a fresh CBI inquiry in his daughter’s death, citing suspicious circumstances and possible political intervention.
