Diy mask for sweat -level and oily skin: a fresh, natural remedy for matte glow

Here are some effective DIY face masks to control oil, reduce sweat and give your skin healthy, matte finish.

1. Multani Mitti and Rose Water Mask

Best for: absorb extra oil and cool skin

Material:

  • 2 tablespoons Multani Mitti (Fuller’s Earth)
  • 2-3 tablespoons rose water

Instruction:

  • To make a smooth paste, mix multani miti with rose water.
  • Apply equally to your face and neck.
  • Allow it to dry for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with cold water.

Why it works: Multani soil is a natural soil that cleanses and absorbs oil, while rose water calms and tone the skin.

2. Porridge and yogurt mask

Best for: Gentle Exfoliation and Oil Control

Material:

  • 1 tbsp ground ground oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instruction:

  • Mix all the ingredients to make a thick paste.
  • To avoid the eyes, apply on your face.
  • Leave it for 15 minutes, then massage in circular movements before rinsing.

Why it works: Soaks oatmeal oil and calms the skin. Yogurt contains lactic acid which gently exfoliates, and honey adds antibacterial benefits.

Warning: Lemon juice can make the skin sensitive to sunlight, so use this mask at night and wear sunscreen the next day.

Instruction:

  • Mix cucumber puree with crushed mint.
