Donald Trump is out in 60 minutes Amy enrollment, it is called a slap on the face

Washington: President Donald Trump has once again targeted the television industry, targeting the Amy-Nominated CBS program ’60 minutes’ for an interview coverage with Vice President Kamla Harris.

The section broadcast in October was recently nominated for a reputed news and documentary Amy, which was in the category of excellent edited interviews.

However, according to Deadline, this belief has given rise to controversy against CBS due to Trump’s 20 billion USD trial.

The case filed earlier this year, intentionally accuses the CBS of editing Harris’ interview to incorrectly submit his comments and potentially affect the results of the 2020 election.

Trump argues that edited footage created a misleading depiction of the then Vice President, especially around Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu around his response to questions about the lack of accountability of the Biden administration’s policies.

On Truth Social, Trump participated in nomination, labeled as “Total slaps on the face of anyone who believes in truth and honest journalism”.

He further questioned the validity of enrollment, asking, “60 minutes and its corporate parents apply to get Amy for an illegal wrong interview, or other fake outlet nominated him for this suspected ‘honor’?”

The controversy stems from a discrepancy between the version of the Harris interview shown on ’60 minutes’ and a preview that aired on the Face the Nation.

In the ’60 minute ‘segment, Harris commented on the work done to influence the Israeli stance on the region.

The CBS argues that there was no misleading editing, stating that Harris’s reply was divided into both programs: the first part of his response was shown on face the nation, while the second part was aired on ’60 minutes’.

However, Trump’s trial claims that this edit incorrectly presented the interview and violated the Texas Consumer Act as per Deadline.

Despite the trial, the organization responsible for the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS), Amy Awards has defended nominations.

According to a statement by Natas, this section was evaluated by two independent panels of judges, consisting of senior editorial leaders of various major American broadcasting news organizations.
The statement said, “One of the most competitive categories of the year from a region of more than three dozen entries, this section was nominated on the strength of its journalism.”

Natas also emphasized that editorial or political approach is not a factor in the selection process.
The organization clarified, “Natas does not select nominees or winners, and only intervenes when competition rules are violated.”

According to the deadline, many legal experts argue that Trump’s claims first amendments to the press violate the security.

In addition, the Paramount is currently demanding regulator approval for its merger with Skydance with Paramount Global, the discussion between Trump’s legal team and the media group is allegedly focused on potential settlements.

The ’60 minute ‘segment, which is characterized by Kamala Harris, is nominated for excellent edited interview, and the winners will be announced during the Amy Awards ceremony on 25 June.
Meanwhile, this is not the first time Trump has criticized the television industry. In the past, he has prolong the Primatime Amy Awards, which is looked after by the sister organization, Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, not to identify his reality show ‘The Apprentice’.
