‘Downton Abbey 3’ film to honor Dame Maggie Smith

Veteran star Dame Maggie Smith will be honored with a special tribute at the third Downton Abbey Movies. according to DiversityExecutive producer Gareth Neame confirmed that the third film would include a tribute to both the character and Smith himself.

Maggie Smith’s personal life was marked by her long-lasting marriage to playwright Beverley Cross, whom she married in 1975 and lived with until his death in 1998. Chris Larkin and Toby Stephens have enjoyed successful careers in film and television, carrying on their mother’s legacy in the acting world.
