Mumbai: Global singer Dua Lipa performed live in Mumbai on Saturday, much to the delight of her desi fans.
Several videos of the concert surfaced online. One of the best moments came when Dua Lipa was seen performing on a fan-made mashup of her song ‘Levitating’ and the famous track Woh Ladki Jo from Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s film ‘Badshah’.

Dua has often expressed her love for Shahrukh Khan. Dua got a chance to meet Shahrukh during her visit to India in 2019. She also posed for a picture with the Bollywood actor, which she later shared on her Instagram account.
“I’ve decided to live by new rules, and who better to learn them from than Dua Lipa? What a charming and beautiful young lady and her voice. I wish her all my love. Dua, if you If you can, try the steps I taught you on stage,” Shah Rukh captioned the post.
Dua’s event saw the presence of famous personalities like Radhika Merchant, Anand Piramal, Ranveer Shorey and Namrata Shirodkar.
Dua reached the city on Thursday. That same night, she was seen dining with her boyfriend, actor Callum Turner. In the video shared by the paps, Dua can be seen walking through security to her car and shaking hands with Callum. The singer looked stunning in an all black outfit. When the couple was seen inside the car, they were smiling. Within no time the videos went viral.
Dua announced her return to India in August with an Instagram post, saying, “India, I’m coming back!! My trip earlier this year was a beautiful reminder of how much I love this place. The warmth and energy.” The people I met there thought it was amazing, and I can’t wait to see you perform again in November!!!”
Speaking to Variety, Dua shared her excitement about the Zomato Feeding India concert and said, “One of the best parts about touring around the world is getting to be a tourist in so many new places, and whenever I do that, When I do, I always get the best things.” I’ve been in Asia and certainly the last time I came to India, I met a lot of warm and kind people.”
This is Dua’s third visit to India, after her performances in 2019 and her recent holiday in Rajasthan earlier this year.
