Washington: Phil Robertson, the famous face of the A&E hit show Duck dynasty, died at the age of 79.
This news was shared by his family on social media on Sunday evening.
Robertson, also known as Duck Commander, was slanting with Alzheimer’s disease since the diagnosis was made in December last year.
The statement shared by his family said, “We celebrate today that our father, husband, and Dada, Phil Robertson, are now with the Lord. He often reminded us of Paul’s words,” You don’t hurt like those who have no hope. Because we believe that Jesus died and wakes up again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus who has slept in it. ,

According to Deadline, her son Jase had previously spoken about Phil’s health conflicts, on her family’s podcast, where she shared that her father was in pain and was dealing with a serious blood disease. Nevertheless, Phil was firm to share his faith.
Phil Robertson became popular after the Duck dynasty broadcast in 2012. The show followed the Robertson family and their business, the duck commander, who sold the duck call and the Hunting Gear. The show lasted for 11 sessions by 2017 and became one of the most watched reality shows on cable TV.
Phil was also a writer. He published his memoirs Happy, Happy, Happy in 2013. Before becoming a businessman and reality star, he studied a football scholarship at Louisiana Tech University and later earned a master’s degree in education.
He married his wife, Marsha Kai in 1966 and lived by his children, grandchildren and other family members.
