Chennai: Actor Dular Salman on Monday released the character names of director Dominic Arun’s eager female superhero film ‘Loca – Chandra’, in which actress Kalyani Priyadarshan was headed.
It can be remembered that Dalkar is producing Salman’s production house, Vafeer Films, Superhero series.
Dalkar Salman took his social media accounts to announce the name of the character in the much awaited film, which will be the first female superhero film of Malayalam Cinema.

A teaser of the film, which was released by producers a few days ago, has only added fans’ enthusiasm to the film waiting for the film.
The teaser shows that Kalyani Priyadarshan’s character Chandra has superhero powers and his powers are mythological. Some of its superpowers include being able to get up in the air and move faster than a bullet. The teaser gives the perception that the lunar has a past – one that comes back at a time in history when people ride on the horse’s back.
The teaser also suggests that Naslen is one of the few people to find out about the Chandra’s superhero status. Teaser also gave the fact that Tamil dance choreographer and actor Sandy plays the role of a police officer in the film.
Written and directed by Dominic Arun, the film has Cinematography by Nimish Rawand and editing by Chaman Chacko. The music for the film is by music composer Jake Bayuni. The film will have action sequences choreographed by Yanik Ben, one of the best in the world. The film is additional screenplay and dramatically by Pantha Balachandran, while the art is directed by Jethu Sebastian.
Melvi J, Archana Rao has been planted as costume designers for the film, with Sasikumar, Muri and Zeba Tommy as its lyricists. The producers have announced that the film is to hit the screen for ONAM this year.
