Mumbai: Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa resorted to social media to share the new poster along with the release date of their upcoming film, ‘Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniit’.
The new poster beautifully catches the intense passion and chemistry between the lead pair, which promises a story filled with love, emotion and drama. Taking it on Instagram, the actors shared the poster and captioned it, “2 October 2025 Gandhi Jayanti and Dussehra on Cinema Gharon Meen Dekhi Mohabbat, Nafat and” Ik Diwan’s Devanit! “In the poster, Sonam is holding a light hold in Harshvardhan Rain, while he burns the rose in a powerful and symbolic gesture.
The producers recently announced that the film Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa starring in the lead roles, which were previously known as ‘Diwatit’, have been written as ‘Dawani of Devani’. The film examines intensive feelings like love, passion and heart break. After the change in production from Vicir films for the rapidly emerging sports DMF under the leadership of Anusul Garg, the film has done a significant rebranding. The new creative team felt that the original title no longer reflects the updated vision and overall tone of the story.
Directed by Milap Zeveri, the project is co-built by Raghav Sharma. Harshvardhan Rain’s first on-screen cooperation in the upcoming film is with Sonam Bajwa. Speaking about the project, Zeveeri said, “This is one of the most powerful and heartbreaking love stories I have written with a lustful Shikhe. It has the madness of love.”
In April, Rann shared his enthusiasm on social media about the film’s intensive and emotionally charged story. He posted pictures of himself, described the script as the strongest, on which he ever worked. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the entire team involved in the project. The actor also praised his cooperation with the director of Deewani, keeping in mind the deep passion of the director to bring this moving story into life.
