Francesca posted an adorable video on Instagram of the ‘chromosome reveal’ party, where the couple revealed the sex of their twins.
The Too Hot To Handle alum and her fiancé, TikTok star Jesse Sullivan, announced their pregnancy in March and confirmed they were expecting twins the following month. They recently held a ‘chromosome reveal’ party and took to social media to reveal the sex of their babies. Francesca posted a video of their ‘chromosome reveal’ party on Instagram, which saw the couple reveal the sex of their twins, accompanied by tears of joy and cheers from friends and family. “I know I didn’t gather you all here just to hear you talk about how much I love this woman. I know you’re actually here because you want to know what babies we’re going to have,” Jesse said into the microphone as the audience cheered.
“We are very happy to announce that we are welcoming a son,” he pauses and points the microphone to let Francesca speak, but she appears to be crying, so Jesse continues, “And a daughter!”

The LGBTQ+ couple, who got engaged last year, have been very open about their fertility journey, which has had its ups and downs. After multiple failed embryo implants, the couple happily revealed the news of their growing family in March. Jesse, who is already a father to 15-year-old Arlo and has given birth to him, came out as transgender in 2019. Francesca has previously said she has no preference over the gender of the children, they just want children together.
Francesca said her partner has done everything possible to make her feel comfortable throughout the journey, especially because he’s experienced the process before. “I don’t think any other man, especially, would understand like Jesse does, because he’s done all of this and he’s raised a child,” she told E! News in June. She also added, “He’s been amazing to have. Like, 10 out of 10 people recommend getting engaged to a trans man who has given birth.” Their heartwarming story continues as the loved-up couple prepares for their growing family.
