Jennifer Lopez has a Bridgerton-themed birthday

If anyone knows how to celebrate turning a year older, it’s definitely Jennifer! The singer hosted a lavish – a word that’s not really enough to cover it – soiree, complete with Bridgerton-coded. Also, she celebrated 55 years wearing a special outfit designed by Manish Malhotra. The outfit featured a corset and Victorian skirt with vintage brocade, with heavy golden embroidery on it, which was handcrafted by 40 artisans in 3,490 hours. However, that wasn’t the only luxurious detail. JLo’s party included horse-drawn carriages, choreographed ballroom dances with an orchestra, and of course, a singing session by the birthday girl herself. The glimpses shared by her on her social media handle end with the cutting of a four-tier baby blue and white cake. A grand end to a grand birthday.

Khloe Kardashian’s birthday tribute to Dolly Parton

If there was ever any doubt about how iconic a singer Dolly Parton really is, Khloe Kardashian has put an end to that discussion. The social media personality opened the doors to ‘Khlowood’, a look at Parton’s theme park Dollywood, on June 27 this year to celebrate her big 4-0. Perfectly pink lights, an all-denim fit (a must!), a performance by Snoop Dogg, a fully operational mechanical bull and lots of screaming – these were just some of the highlights of Khloe’s crazy 40th birthday party. Crazy, but the best, is what the internet had to say.

Sliving. The term is the latest to be credited to heiress and social media personality Paris Hilton, among other iconic things. It’s her perspective on ‘living’ and ‘slaying’ simultaneously, which accurately reflected the laid-back yet fabulous ambiance of her 43rd birthday party held on March 17 this year. Dressed in a slinky, shimmery silver mini, Paris wore a Barbie-like high pony and spent most of her evening dancing with her son Phoenix, who seemed to be the main guest. Full credit to the guests for maintaining the pink theme and of course, that giant ball pit!

Bella Hadid’s Humble Rodeo

Bella Hadid turned 27 last October when she was surrounded by friends and of course her beloved horses. After being noticeably ill for a significant portion of 2023 due to a diagnosis of Lyme disease, the supermodel kept it minimal but healthy with her rodeo-themed birthday party. Dressed entirely in denim and a fabulous black suede cowboy hat, Bella and her friends spent most of the evening eating corn and steak and petting her horses.

Sydney Sweeney Recalls the ’80s

Sydney Sweeney decided to travel to the 80s for her 26th birthday, and she was fully committed to her brief. Excitement The star’s attention to detail is definitely worth a round of applause as she narrowed her aesthetic down to something ultra-specific, precisely ’80s prom. A pink satin skater dress, rose-colored sleeves and a voluminous perm and cloudy hairstyle completed Sydney’s aesthetic for the night. A pink four-tiered flouncy cake, a hyperactive disco ball, Polaroid shots and a coterie of friends who worked equally hard to attend prom in the ’80s completed the actor’s carefully planned blast from the past.

Which of these themes would you like to celebrate yourself?
