New Delhi: The 10-day celebrations of Ganesh Chaturthi are standing in his culmination on Saturday, with ‘immersion processions’ across the country. The ‘Ganesh Visarjan’ is celebrated on the 10th day of the festival, which ends at Anant Chaturdashi. Views of various pandals have come out, in which devotees are shown participating in the procession as they prepare to bid farewell to Lord Ganesha.
Lalbagcha Raja, Maharashtra
Lord Ganesha’s last visit from the prestigious Lalbagcha Raja Pandal also witnessed a grand festival on the last day of the festival. In the procession, hundreds of devotees gathered to see the immersion by paying the final goodbye to the Lord. In the video, the idol can be taken for a public view, bathing with water and vermilion (vermilian), creating a visual spectacle.

Lalbaugcha Raja, who is attracting visitors over a 10 -day period, also offered many Bollywood celebrities and prominent personalities praying in the pandal. Bollywood actors like Varun Dhawan, Siddharth Malhotra, Janhvi Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty, Anil Kapoor, Malaika Arora and Anupam Kher took a turn to reach Pandal and take blessings.
Recently, Mukesh Ambani, president and managing director of Reliance Industries, along with his wife, founder-chairperson of Reliance Foundation, Neeta Ambani, also paid the visit to Lalbagcha Raja.
Reliance Industries Limited Executive Director, his son Anant Ambani also paid a sacred visit to the pandal.
Nagpur Cha Raja, Maharashtra
The procession for the immersion of Nagpur Cha Raja began in the afternoon, the devotees gathered in large numbers to send Bappa home. Preparations were made for a large scale vehicle before bringing the idol out of Pandal. Prior to immersion, a Mangal Aarti was performed in the pandal, where devotees were based in spiritual energy.
Lokmanas Bal Gangadhar Tilak Chowk, Maharashtra
A large number of people gathered to witness the grand ceremony at Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak Chowk. In Visuals, the statue of Vishal Ganpati can be seen walking in the crowd, while arrangements were also made for cultural programs.
Another decisive festival was seen as a statue of Parel Cha Maharaja Ganapati of Mumbai sculptor Arun Datta. A grand procession was held, in which devotees participated in hundreds. From dancing to beats, people left no stone unturned to bid their last goodbye.
The ‘Visarajan procession’ for the immersion of Lord Ganesha Idol of Mumbai Cha Raja in Ganesh Gali and Shri Kasba Ganapati (village deity) of Pune ‘Mancha Pahila Ganpati’ were also taken out during the day.
Balpur Ganesh, Telangana
Balpur Ganesh, famous for his Lord Ganesha Laddu auction, reached the immersion procession on Saturday with traditional Bhajans. Sobha Yatra took place in Balpur village in Rengaredi district.
Khairatabad Ganpati, Telangana
A grand procession was taken for the immersion of 69-feet Lord Ganesh Idol in Hyderabad, marking the success of the celebration in its 71st year. The Chief Minister of Telangana congratulated the festival committee by a Revantha Reddy and said, “Hyderabad stands as a symbol of religious harmony by honoring all religions.”
He also traveled to Pandal and shared an X post to reduce his ideas. “At the national level, he visited the famous Khairatabad Maha Ganpati … and made special prayers. On the occasion of Khairatabad Ganpati festival for 71 years, I congratulate the organizers. It is commendable that the Ganesh Festival is held in such a way that he is discussing as Ganesh ceremony.”
The 10-day ceremony for Ganesh Chaturthi began on 27 August. This festival marks the worship of Lord Ganesha, which is distinguished as the god of the new beginning and removes obstacles.
This festival is on the 10th day, which is observed with lively processions, music, prayers, and more. Devotees in all major cities including Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur and Hyderabad are participating in the last day of grand festival.
