Mumbai: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan talks about granddaughter Aaradhya Bachchan’s performance in school. He said it is “very enjoyable” to see children, their innocence and willingness to do their best in the presence of their parents.
Taking to his blog, Big B wrote, “Children… their innocence and willingness to do their best in the presence of their parents… is such a joy… and when they are in the company of thousands of people performing for you… Yes… so it feels very good.” The most exhilarating experience…today was like that.”
It was on December 19, when veteran Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan and Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan attended the school’s annual day function with their families.
The joint performance of Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan’s daughter Aaradhya Bachchan and Shah Rukh’s youngest son Abram Khan was the highlight of the evening.
The star-studded event was attended by a number of high-profile celebrities including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor and Karan Johar as they gathered to cheer on their kids.
Aaradhya wore a beautiful red and white dress, AbRam wore a white sweater and red muffler.
Shahrukh was seen recording Abram’s video, while Suhana and Gauri enjoyed his performance. At the same time, Aaradhya’s parents Abhishek and Aishwarya were seen clicking pictures and videos of their daughter. Amitabh Bachchan looked surprised after seeing his granddaughter’s performance.
Other celebrities at the event included Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Mira Rajput, Suhana Khan, Gauri Khan, Riteish Deshmukh, Genelia D’Souza, Prithviraj Sukumaran and Manish Malhotra.
Recently, rumors of divorce between Abhishek and Aishwarya have made headlines. There are also rumors of Abhishek getting involved with actress Nimrat Kaur during the shooting of his streaming film ‘Dasvi’.
The discussion about separation of Abhishek and Aishwarya had started since last year when the news came in the media that Aishwarya had left the Bachchan family house and was living separately.
