Hera Feri 3: Akshay Kumar’s production house claims that Paresh Rawal signed Rs 11 lakh

Akshay Kumar sued Paresh Rawal as compensation to leave for Rs 25 crore Hera Feri 3 Shoot Midway, his production house Cape of Good Films has issued a long statement giving details of the legal aspects of the case. The statement mentions that Paresh Rawal accepted the signature amount of Rs 11 lakh. It said that Paresh Rawal did not express his dissatisfaction at any time during the initial shoot of the film.

The legal document also issued a warning, which said, if Paresh Rawal did not deposit Rs 25 crore within seven days, the civil and criminal action would be initiated against him.

The statement mentions that Paresh Rawal himself announced that he was a part Hera Feri 3 Through an X post on 30 January.

“Sudden and inappropriate return caused severe financial losses, disrupted schedules, and threatened the pace of a high-value production. In view of this, Cape of Good Films have demanded a loss of Rs 25 crore from Mr. Rawal to the melody of Rs 25 crore.

On 18 May, Paresh Rawal confirmed the exit from the film through an X post. He clarified that he did not leave the film due to “creative issues”.

On May 20, a report by Hindustan Times claimed that Akshay Kumar sent a legal notice to Paresh Rawal, demanding Rs 25 crore as a loss through his production company. After the trial, Paresh Rawal told Mid-Day that he informed Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty and Priyadarshan about their decision. However, Sunil Shetty and Priyadarshan said that they were “clules” about the exit of Shri Rawal in different interviews.

Hera Feri 3 2000 comedy is the sequel to classic Hera Feri. The second installment was released in 2006.
