Ryan Condal, Show Runner House of the Dragonhas revealed that the prequel series game of Thrones After the Season 2 finale airs tomorrow, it will be aired in four seasons. This announcement has brought clarity to fans who were unsure whether the series will end in three or four seasons. Condal also confirmed that production for the next season will resume in early 2025.

Condal remained tight-lipped about specific plot details for season three, but assured fans that the storylines would increase in intensity significantly. “The war really reaches a major climax at this point in the story,” he said. Fans can expect “spectacular moments” as well as “real moments of surprise and character nuance.”
