Yash Raj Films’ much awaited Spy Universe Installment, ‘War 2’ has officially completed its shooting. The final schedule saw a grand dance number, which featured Hrithik Roshan and NTR Junior, choreographed by Bosco Martis and directed by Ayan Mukherjee, which marks a vibrant ending for the production of the film.
The mood on the set was to celebrate the mood, in which prominent actors and crew members recalled milestones with a cake-cutting ceremony. Hrithik was seen personally thanking the member of each crew for his efforts. Post-Rap, the actor hosted an intimate dinner at their home for co-stars NTR Junior and Kiara Advani, director Ayan Mukherjee and Core YRF team.

Taking X (East Twitter), Hrithik Roshan expressed his feelings about wrapping acute shoots. “Feeling a mixed bag of emotions, the cameras stopped rolling for #War2. 149 days of tireless pursuit, action, dance, blood, sweat, injuries … and it was all worth it!” He has written.

Hrithik also shared his praise for NTR Junior, called it “an honor to work with him”, and praised Kiara Advani for her powerful performance: “I am very excited to the world to see your deadly side.”
While reflecting his character Kabir Dhaliwal, Hrithik said, “It is always bitter for Kabir to wrap it. It will take a few days to feel like itself again.” He signed with a node for the release of the film: “Now on August 14, 2025, you all on a journey to present our film.”
Kabir Returns: Dark, Bulkier, Dalier in War 2
Hrithik’s character, Major Kabir Dhaliwal, became a fan favorite after ‘War’ (2019), which turned into a box office at the box office. In this sequel, Kabir is asked to return with a transformative arc, which looks darker, more menacing and physically intense.
Directed by Ayan Mukherjee and in the lead roles produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films Banner, ‘War 2’ stars Hrithik Roshan, NTR Jr., and Kiara Advani. Along with the IMAX screen, it is also part of the film’s release plan, it is set for a detailed global rollout on August 14, 2025.
