Mumbai: Actor Mrinal Thakur said on Friday that she was not sure that she could pull the mainstream comedy like her upcoming film, “Son of Sardar 2” and thanked co-star Ajay Devgan that she would give him an opportunity to find the style.
The upcoming action-comedy film is the sequel to the 2012 film, which has surfaced by Devgan. The second installment is directed by Vijay Kumar Arora.
“I loved harassing Jassi (Devgan’s character) in this film. In this film, four women bother him. This is my first business film. I am grateful to Ajay Sir and director who gave me this opportunity.
“I could not imagine myself as Rabia, and to torture Jassi in the film, I was so ‘would I be able to do all this?’ But then with the help of Deepak Sir (Dobrail), Kubra (SIT), Light, and Chunky Sir, we enjoyed it here.
Directed by Vijay Kumar Arora, the film claims Ravi Kishan, Sanjay Mishra, Neeru Bajwa, Chunky Pandey, Kubra Saat, Deepak Dobial, Vindu Dara Singh, Rousni Walia, Sharat Saxena, Sahil Mehta and a contingent of actors characterized by the deity.
Kishan and SAT recalled while working with Dev, who died at the age of 54 in May this year.

The actor said, “I play a woman in this film. It was a difficult role. I was prepared as a woman on the set, but my body language would be of a man. It took me about five days to understand why everyone was watching me in a certain way,” the actor said.
