“Mr. Combs is a warrior. He will fight this battle to the end. He is innocent,” Agnifilo said outside court, the New York Post reported.
He further said, “He came to New York to prove his innocence. He is not scared, he is not afraid of the allegations. The government did not say anything in its presentation today that would have any effect on anyone.”
Agnifilo said, “He’s been waiting for this day; he’s been eager to clear his name, and he’s going to clear his name. We’ll stand with him when he does that.”
