Washington: Singer-songman Katy Perry addressed the backlash obtained online for his participation in Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin Flight in April.
At a point during the show, according to a fan video, Perry reacted to cheering the crowd for an extended period. “Okay, I thought I was the most hate person on the Internet,” he said, people said.
“I think it’s wrong,” Perry continued while the audience continued to praise her.
Weeks ago, she traveled into space, Katy Perry, Jeff Bezos’ fiancé Lauren Sanchez, GAIL King, NASA rocket scientist Aisha Bowe, civil rights activist Amanda Guyen and filmmaker Karian Flynn.
The crew, which were in space for about four minutes, traveled to the Karman line (the Earth’s atmosphere and the location separating the location), 62 miles above the planet.
When they reached the ground, both Katy and Gayle immediately kissed the ground, grateful to their return. During the flight, Perry sang a few lines of “What a Wonderful World”, while he floated in zero gravity, told people.
He also posted about experience on Instagram. “One day when you are older, will you still look surprising?” Perry started.
“Still processing this incredible journey .. Thanks @blueorigin and my space sisters, taking place in space and making place in space for all – 143. You see on the tour (when I come down, ricklessly).”
Blue Origin flight, which cost millions of dollars, did not come without criticism and negative comments, according to the outlet.
Perry posted about online commentary on Instagram on 29 April. “Please know that I am fine, I have done a lot of work to know who I am, what is real and what is important to me,” he said in a fan video comments.
“My doctor said something a few years ago that there was a game changer, ‘No one can do anything about yourself that you don’t already believe about yourself’ and if I have never had any feeling about it, then it is an opportunity to examine the feeling below it.”
He said, “When the ‘world’ world tries to make me a human pinata, I take it with grace and send them love, because I know that a lot of people are hurting in so many ways and the internet is very high, which is a dumping ground for Samaji and unhealthy,” people said.
Perry kicked his lifetime tour in Mexico on 23 April. His lifetime tour wraps in Abu Dhabi in December.
