It Ends With Us actor Brandon Sklenaar breaks silence on co-star Blake Lively’s lawsuit against director Justin Baldoni

Brandon Sklenar has expressed his support for It End’s With Us co-star Blake Lively in the wake of Justin Baldoni’s sexual harassment lawsuit against her.

Brandon Sklenar has addressed It End’s With Us co-star Blake Lively’s lawsuit against Justin Baldoni. The 34-year-old actor, who plays Atlas Corrigan in the film based on Colleen Hoover’s eponymous novel, expressed his support for the Gossip Girl star on social media on Monday.

Sklenaar broke her silence on the legal battle between her co-stars, sharing a screenshot of a New York Times article that includes Lively’s allegations against Baldoni. “For the love of God read this,” the Mapplethorpe star wrote on her Instagram Story and added a red heart emoji next to her account name, tagging the 37-year-old actress.

The 1923 actor’s sweet gesture toward his co-star comes following Lively’s lawsuit against Baldoni. The Green Lantern actress has accused the 40-year-old filmmaker of sexual harassment on the set of It End’s With Us. Lively claimed that “things got so bad during filming, there was an all-hands-on-deck meeting to claim a hostile work environment.”

As TMZ reports, Lively has also accused Baldoni of launching a “smear campaign” against her to tarnish her reputation and public image, causing “severe emotional distress” to her family. Meanwhile, the Jane the Virgin actor’s attorney, Brian Friedman, alleged that the lawsuit was designed to “fix him.” [Lively’s] Negative reputation.”

Friedman rejected the claims made by the actress, calling them “false, defamatory, and deliberately salacious with the intent to hurt the public.” He further added that according to the outlet, Lively often “threatened not to come to the set, threatened not to promote the film, which ultimately led to her death during release.”
