First of all, it ends with us This is a romantic drama, not a rom-com, and definitely not a date movie. Fans of Colleen Hoover’s 2016 best-selling novel on which the film is based have expressed disappointment at the omission of certain important facts and moments. At just over two hours, however, the film does seem a bit boring. Watching the film as a fluffy rom-com, even though the trailer encourages you to do so, would be a total disaster.
The film begins with Lily (Blake Lively) returning home for her father’s (Kevin McKidd) funeral. When her mother Jenny (Amy Morton) asks her what her tribute is, she admits she hasn’t written it. She has nothing to say at the funeral and stares at the blank bullet points on the napkin and abruptly walks out of the ceremony.

While sitting on the edge of a tall building trying to express her feelings, she meets a very handsome stranger, Ryle (Justin Baldoni), and the two begin a relationship. Ryle lives in the apartment block and is a neurosurgeon. Lily, whose middle name is Blossom and whose last name is Bloom, loves flowers and wants to open a flower shop. Ryle almost agrees with her parents that her parents would hate her.
It Ends With Us (English)
Director: Justin Baldoni
Mould: Blake Lively, Justin Baldoni, Jenny Slate, Hasan Minhaj
Plot: Lily’s dream encounter with a handsome neurosurgeon turns into a nightmare
Runtime: 130 minutes
Lily moves on and opens a totally ‘gram-worthy florist called Lily Bloom. While she’s cleaning the store, Alyssa (Jenny Slate) walks in and agrees to work for Lily after saying she hates flowers. Despite Ryle preferring to keep things casual and Lily wanting commitment, the two continue to meet up and their feelings for each other grow deeper.
Also, there are flashbacks of young Lily (Isabella Ferrer) bonding with a homeless boy named Atlas (Alex Newstedter). Lily, Ryle and Atlas (there’s nothing subtle about the names) have to work through childhood trauma before they can move on to do something with their lives. When Atlas (Brandon Sklenar), now a chef running a successful restaurant called Roots, re-enters Lily’s life, she sees a side of Ryle that is a big cause for concern.

it ends with us The film is coy about showing domestic abuse, perhaps to not glamorize it or make it look unnecessary. But the blurred frames and sharp cuts also disconnect the audience from what is happening on screen. The reason given for a character being abused is disturbing.
The scene at the end, with the baby being named in the hospital and the divorce in the postpartum bed, is so exaggerated that one can’t help but laugh. Acting-wise, Lively has worked with the material at hand, while the men don’t have much to do other than be a feast for the eyes and alternately hurt or amused, which they do expertly.

The house and lighting are gorgeous and the spotless surfaces make one gnash their teeth in envy. The shoes are great, but the clothes are not so nice. In addition to Marshall (Hasan Minhaj), Alyssa’s husband and a doctor in the ER, it ends with us It’s extremely white.
Lily has Louboutin shoes that cost over $1000 a pair, she’s a neurosurgeon, and she’s a successful restaurant owner, so obviously money isn’t an issue for the principals. it ends with usplays like a longer version sex and the CityAlso the advantages and disadvantages associated with it.
