Film restoration
Prasad laboratories started working on restoring the film. Long -term reels run on projector were done with the use of grease and oil. The cleaning process involves the removal of dust and grease from each frame, followed by scanning for digitization. The restored film was digital in the first 8K and images were then converted into 4K format for dramatic launch. The prime focus oversees 3D conversion. “It was challenging because the film was not shot for 3D,” says Swapna.
Ticket booking has been enthusiastic for re-reliefs. Those who grew up in the 80s and 90s are likely to convert to theaters for a slices of apathy. Swapna hopes that the younger generation will also be hot for the film. “I am eager to start a film for my five -year -old daughter.
