Fuuntes also shared that his team offered prayers at the Siddhivinyak temple in Mumbai, and further expressed his praise for ‘Govindas’.
“They are heroes for us. We saw many big Govinda structures, and it was very surprising for us,” he said.
Castels are referred to as human towers created by members of different groups as a part of annual festivals in Catalan towns and cities.
Meanwhile, preparations for Dahi Handy Festival and Janamashtami are going on across the country including Maharashtra.
The state is known to witness the Grand Dahi Handi events at various places. On this occasion, people celebrate by filling an earthen pot with curd, butter and other milk products. Subsequently, people in large groups form human pyramids to reach the pot at the height and break it from the stick.
The tradition is a symbol of Lord Krishna’s fickleness and his love for butter and curd.
Janamashtami will be celebrated in India on Saturday 16 August.
