Why is the group opposing the scene?
The group has written to CBFC, Mumbai Police, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and Government of Maharashtra, seeking to remove the scene from the trailer and all publicity videos.

In the letter, it was mentioned: “Church is a sacred place of worship for Christians, and it should not be painted as a phase for indecent material. This illustration not only insults the spiritual purity of the place of worship, but also deepen the sensations of the Catholic community.”
There has been no response from producers or film actors so far.
