Janhvi Kaporce Homebound selected as India’s official entry for Oscars 2026: Karan Johar reacts for a historic moment

Mumbai: Filmmaker Neeraj Gaywan’s film ‘Homebound’ has been selected as India’s official entry for Oscar 2026.

Producer Karan Johar took on Instagram on Friday evening and thanked the Film Federation of India (FFI) for choosing ‘Homebound’ for representing India at the 98th Academy Awards in the Best International Feature Film category.

Director Neeraj Gaywan also expressed his excitement.
