New Delhi: Japanese actor Mizuki Itagaki and former members of Boy Band ‘Milk’ have been found dead at the age of 24. The popular actor went missing three months before the end of January 2025.
His family confirmed the news of his death through a post on social media.
Mizuki Itagaki enjoyed a large -scale fan, however, the family’s statement suggested that he had been struggling with mental health issues since last year.
His statement said, “We are very sorry to share that actor ITGACI Mizuki has passed away due to an unfortunate incident. For all fans who supported him very warmly, and for all those working with him, we are really grateful to the bottom of our hearts.”
According to the statement, the actor disappeared in late January, indicating a comprehensive discovery by officers and loved ones. After months of uncertainty, the Tokyo police recently approached the family with confirmation that his body was located in the city.
The family said, “We are not really able to share this news with everyone, who were worried about him.” “Mizuki always worked hard with the hope of bringing a smile and happiness for everyone through his acting. He started taking steps towards returning to work, so it is heartbreaking that his life ended in this way, something that he ever expected.”
Japan and beyond fans have expressed deep grief in loss, not only for their talent and attraction, but also recalling Itagaki for the joy brought through their performance. The family concluded his message with the request to keep your memory alive: “We hope you remember Mizuki and worked with heat in your hearts. Thank you very much for all your love and support.”
