In Touch magazine reports that Jennifer Garner is leading a ‘pity squad’ that continues to check in on Ben and ensure his well-being. “You see Jen going there almost every day to make sure she’s OK. His mother, his brother and his close friends like Matt Damon are also helping. They are all in touch with them and each other. They are truly a team and are acting as a real support group for him. If they see something of concern, they immediately alert each other. The report quoted a source as saying, Ben knows they’ve all been in touch, but he doesn’t know the extent of it. Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck were married from 2005-2018 and have three children together – Violet, 18, Finn, 15, and Samuel, 12.

Ben and JLo’s complicated relationship history

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez met on the set of the 2002 film Gigli and started dating soon after. By the end of the year, both of them got engaged and became Hollywood’s ‘It Couple’. However, they postponed their wedding in 2003 and then separated the following year. They rekindled their relationship in 2021 and eventually got married in a grand ceremony in 2022. However, last month, Jennifer filed for divorce, noting that they had been separated since April.

Although they have since been spotted together, most notably at a family brunch earlier this month, reports state that divorce proceedings are still ongoing.
