Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are back together. The divorcing couple is already in the process of divorce but they were spotted putting on a show of solidarity for the sake of their kids. The estranged couple spent time together on their kids’ back-to-school night on Tuesday, just like the average Bennifer did before they split.
This is their second time together, after they were spotted kissing and holding hands a few days ago, leading fans to question if they might call off their divorce.

J.Lo and Affleck share a large blended family, which includes the actor’s three children with ex-wife Jennifer Garner: Samuel, 12, Seraphina, 15, and Violet, 18. Lopez also has twins Emme and Max, 16, with ex-husband Marc Anthony. The pop star maintains a close relationship with all of her children, including the ones she has with him.
According to TMZ, Lopez and Affleck were spotted “making their way” to the event at a Los Angeles-area school where their children are enrolled. The Accountant 2 star’s eldest child, Violet, was absent, as she recently started college.

Sources close to the couple told TMZ that Lopez and Affleck were “totally comfortable with each other and very cordial” during the event. The insider added that despite their separation, they are “a couple that still cares about each other” and are deeply committed to the well-being of their children.

While fans believe Jen and Ben might be reconciling since they’ve begun spending time together after months of separation, social media is flooded with comments like “Bennifer is back strong,” “Oh so the divorce is canceled,” and “Hopefully they cancel their divorce.” However, a source told the entertainment outlet that they will move forward with filing for divorce.

The source confirmed, “They are still moving forward with their divorce.” It appears the Gigli co-stars have come together mainly for the sake of their children, who are very close to both parents.
Lopez filed legal documents to end her marriage to Affleck on August 20 without a divorce attorney, just two years after their second wedding. The couple initially married in a private ceremony at The Little White Chapel in Las Vegas in July 2022, followed by a lavish star-studded reception in Georgia the following month.
