In an exclusive article by TMZ on June 8, the showbiz media outlet quoted multiple sources close to ‘Bennifer’ as saying that the ‘Gigli’ co-stars are in direct contact with the agency’s realtor Santiago Arana to sell their shared home. More than a year ago, the then newlywed couple reportedly purchased the luxurious and sprawling mansion for just $60 million.
They had been looking for a home for nearly two years, finally finding the Beverly Hills house after searching more than 80 such properties.

The latest report from TMZ states that the ‘Gigli’ co-stars’ real estate agent has been promoting the name of the house for the past two weeks, but to no avail. JLo and Ben’s home is reportedly worth “around $65 million.” Despite the jump in price from the initial listing, the estranged couple is expected to lose millions, considering the combined cost of broker’s commissions, other taxes, and any additional numbers they checked for improvements.

The property reportedly includes parking space for 80 vehicles, a garage for 15, and an outdoor play area designed for basketball and pickleball. Among the home’s other lavish inclusions, a gym, a boxing ring, a pool, a guest house, and a bar are just some of the amenities scattered across 6 acres of cliffside paradise.
