Jennifer Lopez, who has filed for divorce from Ben Affleck, has spoken for the first time saying she is “excited” to be single.
While speaking with comedian Nikki Glaser for Interview magazine, the “Let’s Get Loud” singer, 55, discussed a number of important topics, including her upcoming film Unstoppable. He discusses what he learned during a challenging but ultimately enlightening year, as well as his upcoming film Unstoppable.
Lopez described her continued journey towards self-discovery and self-understanding through life’s ups and downs as a “lifelong process”. “I think that’s what I love about life: that there is no arrival point. It is only possible to get better and grow if you want to. It’s either growing or dying, and I don’t want to do the dying part.

When asked if she would like to date anyone amid her split from Affleck, she said she was “excited” to spend time by herself.
“Yeah, I’m not looking for anybody, because with everything I’ve done in the last 25, 30 years, living in these different challenging situations, what can I do when it’s just me flying… What if I’m free now?”
In an interview with Glaser, the Grammy nominee admitted that she’s in “new territory” where she can feel “alone, unfamiliar, scary,” but she also emphasized that being in a relationship doesn’t define her. Doesn’t matter who he is.
“When you sit in those feelings and say, ‘These things aren’t going to kill me,’ it’s like, ‘Actually, I am capable of finding joy and happiness alone,'” she commented.

JLo talks about her film Unstoppable
She was very proud of herself and happy to share her new film Unstoppable with the public at the Toronto International Film Festival last month, where it received a standing ovation.
After attending the high-profile September 7 premiere at TIFF, he recalled the event, saying, “I felt really good.”
Saying that “the film is really beautiful,” he added, “I got to see it all for the first time with an audience in Toronto, and people loved it and really responded to the emotions of the film. It’s one of those great One of the inspirational stories that I think the world needs right now.”
