Luke Evans shared his excitement on Instagram, posting a video of the group singing along to Coldplay’s hit song Yellow. He tagged the band in his post, captioning it with “Hot Temp, Coldplay” and adding a heart “Thank you Joe xx”.
The video, recorded by Joe, shows Luke, his boyfriend Fran Tomas, Kylie and himself singing along. Meanwhile, Liam can be seen nearby, pumping his fist in the air along with the music, and his girlfriend Gabriella Brooks capturing the moment on her phone.
Joe said in the comments section, “What a night!” Fans immediately responded with surprised comments, such as “Most random group of people I’ve ever seen” and “OMG…the multiverse.”
Fran Tomas also shared the same video on his Instagram and wrote in the caption, “It was an amazing experience! A memory to never forget!” and also included a thank you message for Joe.
It seems this concert wasn’t the first time these Hollywood stars’ paths crossed. In a selfie posted by Luke on Instagram, Fran, Kylie and Luke can be seen smiling, along with the heartwarming caption, “It’s a picture, it’s a hug, it’s a memory I want to relive over and over again!!! Love you.”
Joe attended a Coldplay concert with his brother Nick Jonas in May following their performance in Cannes. On May 23, Joe made a surprise appearance during Nick’s set at the 30th annual amfAR Gala, where the two serenaded the audience with DNCE’s hit Cake By The Ocean.
In a video posted by Diplo on Instagram, Nick can be heard saying, “Joe, where are you?” Moments later, Joe, wearing a stunning white suit, came on stage and took the microphone from Diplo. “Ladies and gentlemen, let’s all do it for Joe Jonas!” Nick announced and the crowd began to cheer.
