Mumbai: ‘War 2’ is one of the most anticipated films of 2025. The film brings Hrithik Roshan back to the installment with the new joint of JR NTR.
As the release date comes, the entire team is busy working on the final touch. On Wednesday, NTR started dubbing for the film.
In a picture rounding social media, NTR can be seen entering the dubbing studio.

Directed by Ayan Mukherjee, ‘War 2’ stars Junior NTR locking horn with Hrithik Roshan. Kiara Advani will be seen playing the female lead in the action drama.
In May, the teaser of the film was unveiled. This showed Hrithik repeating Kabir’s character. It began with a voiceover, stating that he was keeping an eye on Hrithik Roshan’s character, Kabir for a while.
‘Meri Nazar Kab Eor Eor Say Tuz Pe Hai Kabir..India’s best soldier..R & AW ka best agent tu th tu nahi … tu mujhe nahi janta .. Get ready for war’. The Voice referred to Kabir as the “Best Soldier of India” and “Best Agent of R&D”, but said that he is no longer so.
Kiara Advani made a stunning appearance in a bikini, and the teaser showed Hrithik and a romantic chemistry between him.
The film is the sequel to the 2019 action thriller ‘War’, starring Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff and Vani Kapoor in the lead roles. Directed by Siddharth Anand, it was Rs 200 crore within seven days of its release in the high-octane action drama 2019.
It is one of the highest -grossing Hindi films of that year. The YRF Spy Universe today is the largest IP in Indian cinema, with only blockbusters along with titles such as Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, War, Pathan and Tiger 3. War 2 is the sixth YRF spy universe film.
Manufactured by Aditya Chopra’s Yash Raj Films, War 2 is directed by Ayan Mukherjee, who will cooperate with Hrithik Roshan for the first time. War 2 stars NTR and Kiara Advani along with Hrithik.
The film is scheduled to release worldwide in theaters on August 14, 2025.
