Who knew Justin Timberlake would give us more of Cry Me a River than just a breakup song this summer? His recent arrest for drunk driving in Sag Harbor was certainly shocking, but things just got even more sinister. The police photo, in which the Prince of Pop was photographed with red, bloodshot eyes, has become a hot commodity. According to reports, the local Romany Kramoris Gallery saw some artistic merit in JT’s blurry-eyed portrait, and now it’s hanging on the wall with a price tag.
Justin Timberlake’s photo becomes art sensation
According to PageSix, Timberlake, who was arrested for drunk driving on June 18 and released after a day in custody, has his mugshot on display at a local gallery in Sag Harbor. The outlet reports that there are consistently long lines at the gallery and pedestrians are taking photos of the artwork. The artwork is called “Tuesday Night Featuring Justin Timberlake,” though we recall that he was arrested on Tuesday morning.
Justin Timberlake’s photo turned into a ‘limited edition’
The photo, which caused a frenzy online, has been turned into a ‘limited edition’ piece by artist Godfrey Lohman. Lohman presented his artwork at the Romani Kramoris Gallery and received an enthusiastic response from the owner, who said, “Oh my god! This is awesome! This is awesome!” The gallery is located in Sag Harbor, the same place where the singer was arrested when he was returning from a party with friends. Timberlake claimed he had only drunk one martini when he was stopped by a young cop, at which time he refused a breath test.

How much does it cost?
Godfrey Lohman’s variegated paintings have attracted a steady stream of people eager to snap photos. The gallery, known as the “Queen of Sag Harbor” due to its 44 years of operation across the city, plans to exhibit Timberlake’s mugshot pieces, which are reportedly priced at $520, during the summer.
An employee named Leslie Raff told Page Six, “Timberlake’s mugshot is our most contemporary piece! It’s modern.”

“The green one is not my favorite. That one looks a little sick, there are too many martinis on the green one,” said Kramoris, who also claimed that he has already sold several pieces and many people are coming back to buy it. The owner also revealed that while some people raised eyebrows over the art, many were excited, especially the youth. Meanwhile, the SexyBack singer is back on his The Forget Tomorrow World Tour, headlining concerts at various stops according to his schedule.
