Kajol clarifies Ramoji Film City Comment: It’s absolutely safe

Bollywood actor Kajol has responded to the controversy about his comments on Ramoji Film City. The actor is busy promoting his upcoming horror drama mother. Part of Hindi film, the devil Horror Films, ready to hit the screen on 27 June, 2025.

In recent interviews, Kajol said that the popular film studio is “one of the most haunted places in the world.” After his comment, fans slammed him to “Jealous about the Telugu industry”.

The actor resorted to social media to issue clarifications about his statement. Kajol wrote, “I want to address my earlier comment about Ramoji Film City in the context of promoting my film Ma. I have filmed many projects in Ramoji Film City and stayed there many times.”

He said, “I have always found it a very professional environment for filmmaking, and I have seen so many tourists enjoying myself. It’s a great destination and is absolutely safe for families and children,” he said.

In his interview, talking about his experience in Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad, Kajol said, “There are many places where we are there, and even shot, but we have not even shot all nights. Or we felt that we felt that getting out of there will become a big thing, and we will never return there.”

“There are many places, but a prominent example is Ramoji Rao Studio in Hyderabad, which is considered one of the most haunted places in the world. Some times I have felt, O God, but they have taken care of me, and I have not faced a ghost in any person till date.”
